Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management from Southern Cross University (SCU), Australia. Michelle has worked in the hospitality industry for over ten years, with demonstrated leadership skills. Over the years, she has acquired specialist hospitality industry skills in service design and innovation, accommodation operations, food and beverage management, asset protection, security, and core business knowledge in marketing, finance, and human resources management. Michelle has experience managing high-profile events and conferences, both local and international.
